MODALS AND BANNERS
Alaska Airlines
Researching, ideating, designing, and also doing express delivery of banners, modals, and the cart. Running visual competition reviews (primary use case) periodically.
Time allowing, also doing background and discovery work on long-term projects before they get into a sprint.

UX Product Design - Banners
Audience: Alaska Airlines guests shopping on www.alaskaair.com

My Role: Senior Product Designer, Merchandising and Placements

Challenge:
Reactive design and balancing business strategy with customer satisfaction across website.
Solution:
Efficient design upgrades while conducting background work on density of placements and better customer satisfaction tracking, along with guest journey map. This is ongoing.
EXAMPLES
More soon as they are released. These are examples to show what kind of things I'm working on.

Assist with new Premium Class banner - in purple!

DUAL BANNER
This dual banner, featuring two Call To Action (CTA) buttons, is appearing in the post-book view your trip part of the website. The goal in this redesign is to bring out the features of the Premium Class seats and "duel" for the clicks away from the famous Cheese Platter.
Cheese Platter image is fuzzy because no changes made to it and original files not available.

BI-ANNUAL COMPETITION REVIEWS
Twice a year, I assemble the major use cases for purchasing a flight (or flights) and go screenshot the experience on Alaska Airlines and 11 other competitors. Results are stored in a horizontal flow, one page per company, and shared with the entire design team. Adding mobile as time allows.

UPCOMING PROJECTS
Ideations, prototypes, and more ideas into Figma...
Currently designing, in my free time: Costumer's Mobile Sidekick (for tracking all project information), Sketchbook Reminder App (for nagging artists to get their dailies in the sketchbooks), and a visual analysis of data displays for the background of games.
