I'm a hybrid designer, artist and writer all in one. I am specializing in UX Content Design and UX Writing right now. I've had the most amazing work experiences and I was lucky enough to work with fantastic people.

UX PRODUCT DESIGN
From enterprise to game software, I have a long timeline of user experience (UX) to bring to your project. Specializing in interaction, deep understanding of the audience, and user pathing to their goals.

I can help you strategize what content to use where and when for which audience and in what part of the task/experience they are doing.
VOICE & TONE
Can help you create the appropriate guidelines for voice, tone, and style to match to your target audience and your product.
FIGMA AND ADOBE XD
Figma is my go-to tool for designing and sharing ideas, research, wireframes, design ideas and dropping to production.
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Sometimes the "big picture" or complete map of the UI can help figure out what is there and how to use it best or improve it.
USER JOURNEYS AND USER MAPS
User journeys help me understand where our customers are frustrated, upset, blocked, or could have a better experience. It also can cue design to their experience level.
UX WRITING
Able to draft, fill in, work with UX writing teams, or in a pinch draft the UXÂ Microcopy, on-screen text, error messages, info bubbles, diagrams, navigation maps, help topics and popups, and much more.
ART AND DESIGN
I'm a sketch artist, which makes low fidelity UI and UX design sketches possible in meetings; I am also fully trained in 2 dimensional fine and digital art, which comes in handy.
AAA GAME AND CUSTOMER-FACING SOFTWARE
I've helped ship AAA games like Halo 2 for Windows Vista. I've worked on customer-facing software like TaxSaver, MSN Channels, and Alaska Airline's website. I've done Scrum, Agile, and other scheduling systems; I understand how to set priorities against deadlines and get things done.
